Each answer summarises the partner agreement and the console's rules as of October 3, 2026; the agreement you sign in the console is the binding text.
GPUwerk Platform is GPUwerk's programme for DGX Spark owners. You keep your Spark at your premises, install GPUwerk's locked system on it, and GPUwerk rents its hours to its customers as a separate Partner product. You receive 70% of what renters are charged for your machine. The owner console is at platform.gpuwerk.com. The NVIDIA DGX Spark Founders Edition, the ASUS Ascent GX10 and the Lenovo ThinkStation PGX. Other OEMs' GB10 machines aren't accepted at registration yet; email support@gpuwerk.com before installing one. Firmware steps per model are in the install guide. The 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The Spark must be located in your own country of residence. Owners in the UK, Switzerland, the US and other countries can't join yet. Both. Businesses with or without a VAT ID and private individuals can apply. Individuals verify their identity with an ID document and proof of address; businesses without a VAT ID provide a company registry extract. Once a month. GPUwerk issues a self-billing statement for the month, so you don't write invoices yourself, and pays by SEPA transfer in euros within 30 days of the end of that month, to a verified account in your name. After you change the payout account, nothing is paid to the new one until 14 days after it has been verified. The consideration in the agreement is fixed in euros. The dollar total for the month is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate for its last day, and the statement shows both the dollar basis and the rate. Yes, €50. A smaller amount rolls over and is added to the next month. Each side handles its own taxes. You are responsible for your income tax and any registration or reporting in your country. The VAT treatment is set out in the self-billing agreement: a Czech VAT payer's statement shows 21% Czech VAT, a Czech business that isn't a VAT payer gets no VAT, and every other partner's statement shows no VAT and is marked reverse charge, with GPUwerk accounting for the VAT. This is a summary of the documents, not tax advice; ask your own tax adviser how it applies to you. At least 90 days from the day GPUwerk approves the Spark. You commit to keeping it powered and connected during that time. Give 14 days' notice in the console. The Spark then stops taking new rentals; once the notice has passed and no renter is on it, it's unlisted. Ending a running rental early forfeits that rental's remaining earnings. To use the Spark yourself again, restore the stock system with NVIDIA's recovery USB. Earnings already made are paid in the normal monthly cycle. It can't be rented, and time it's down during a rental isn't charged to the renter, so you earn nothing for it. GPUwerk tracks a reliability score over 30 days: below 97% you get a warning, below 95% the Spark can be withdrawn from rental until it's reviewed. For planned work, book maintenance at least 48 hours ahead, for up to 8 hours, at a time it isn't rented. No. The install wipes it and leaves no local login, and it stays that way the whole time it's listed. If you still need the Spark for your own work, it isn't a good candidate. You do. The Spark has to stay powered and connected all month. The earnings page works through the costs. That depends on renter demand, which GPUwerk can't guarantee. Being listed makes the Spark rentable, nothing more. If there's no demand for more Partner capacity when you apply, your application can be approved but waitlisted. Yes, with at least 15 days' notice. You can accept the new version or unlist your Spark before it takes effect. support@gpuwerk.com. For install problems, include a photo of the Spark's screen, its serial number and the step of the install guide where it stopped.
