Services

From first conversation
to a running AI system.

GPUwerk helps you decide what to build, test it on public or synthetic inputs, plan the implementation, and then run it on a dedicated Spark, a machine you own or one GPUwerk hosts. Samuel Seidel, the founder, runs the first sessions remotely.

The path

Four steps, each one optional.

1. AI Opportunity Session

Remote scoped intake: use case review, success metrics and pilot acceptance criteria.

See sessions

2. Practical AI Workshop

Hands-on and remote, with public or synthetic sample inputs, team alignment and a model shortlist.

Request workshop

3. Implementation support

Quoted after intake: deployment runbook, integration plan and admin handoff for team ownership.

4. Run it on GPUwerk

Rent a dedicated Spark by the minute, or move to your own GB10 machine, or any GB10 machine from the store hosted by GPUwerk, chosen after payment.

Rent a Spark

Where it runs

Pick where the system lives.

Implementation

What implementation support covers.

Scope and price are set per project after intake. Typical building blocks, as described on the first engagement and Private ChatGPT pages:

Deployment runbook

How the system is deployed and operated, written down for your team.

Integration plan

Where the model connects to your applications, including what your tools should do when the instance is stopped or busy.

Admin handoff

Documentation and ownership transfer so your team can run it.

Team onboarding

A practical session on prompt patterns, safety guardrails and quality checks.

Governance pack

A lightweight rollout plan: who can use it, who reviews prompts and what the pilot has to show before wider use.

Who it is for

Teams that want a private AI system without guessing.

Teams that are not sure a Spark fits

Scope the workload and define "good enough" before any compute is rented.

Companies replacing shadow AI

Give staff a sanctioned assistant on a dedicated EU machine instead of blocking public tools.

Buyers weighing hardware

Test a rented Spark with public or synthetic inputs first, then decide whether to own one.

FAQ

Questions.

What does an implementation cost?

Implementation support is quoted after intake. The AI Opportunity Session and the Practical AI Workshop have no public price on the site yet; the intake form gets you a proposed starting point by email.

Can I send you my own data?

Not at the evaluation stage. Sessions, workshops and Spark evaluations use public or synthetic inputs. Please leave confidential data out of the intake form.

Do I need to rent a Spark to start?

No. The first step is a remote conversation. A rented Spark is one way to test the workload afterwards, billed per minute from a first top-up where you pay $10 and get $20 in credit.

Is the work done on site?

The sessions and workshops are remote. On-site installation of a purchased machine is possible in Czechia and neighbouring countries by arrangement, and is quoted in writing.

Does this come with an SLA or a performance guarantee?

No. Support terms for managed work are agreed in writing per customer, not sold as a standing SLA, and a session or pilot does not promise a particular benchmark result or production suitability.

Who does the work?
