For authorities (Article 11)
Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach GPUwerk directly at:

Languages: English and Czech.
This is where orders to act against illegal content (Article 9) and orders to provide information (Article 10) should be sent. GPUwerk confirms receipt and tells the issuing authority what it did and when.
For customers and other users (Article 12)
Anyone using GPUwerk, or affected by something hosted on it, can reach a person at GPUwerk without going through an automated system:
- To report illegal content: the notice form, or [email protected].
- For anything else, including a decision about your own content or account: [email protected], or the contact form.
Languages: English and Czech. Every message is read and answered by a person.
