Shipping and delivery.

Every machine from the GPUwerk store ships by DHL Express from GPUwerk in Czechia (inside Czechia by PPL), door to door with tracking, once its batch reaches GPUwerk. Shipping and transit insurance are part of your order: the checkout adds them for your country.

How your order ships.

  1. Order and pay

    Choose shipping in the checkout, give your delivery address and pay for the machines with their shipping and transit insurance.

  2. The batch arrives

    Each machine on sale shows the date its batch is expected to reach GPUwerk: the Lenovo ThinkStation PGX batch on 5 November 2026. You pay in advance, and GPUwerk tells you if the date moves.

  3. Checked and packed

    GPUwerk checks each machine and packs it, insured in transit. Outside the EU it goes with an export declaration.

  4. Tracked to your door

    GPUwerk hands the parcel to DHL Express (inside Czechia to PPL) and emails you the tracking number when it ships.

GPUwerk does not publish DHL's transit times by country. The tracking number is sent when the machine ships.

Shipping by country.

Per machine, excluding VAT, for DHL Express Worldwide at GPUwerk's DHL rates. The price includes DHL's fuel surcharge (49% for the week of 12 to 18 October 2026; DHL sets it weekly) and, outside the EU, the export declaration. Inside Czechia, GPUwerk ships by PPL (PPL Parcel CZ Business) at PPL's published list price for a parcel up to 5 kg, with its fuel surcharge (21.3% for October 2026; PPL sets it monthly) and toll surcharge. Prices were converted from Czech koruna at 24.40 CZK per euro (ČNB, 8 October 2026).

Transit insurance is added per machine: 1% of the machine's price excluding VAT, at least €13 (DHL's minimum premium of CZK 300; the same applies to PPL deliveries inside Czechia). The checkout shows the shipping and insurance for your address before you pay. Countries marked Quote on request cannot be ordered with shipping in the checkout; ask for a quote. GPUwerk does not ship to countries under EU or US sanctions.

Private buyers in the EU

Delivered in Czechia, or to a private buyer elsewhere in the EU: 21% Czech VAT on the machine and its shipping. No customs duties inside the EU. Delivery inside Czechia is by PPL and costs €9 per machine, excluding VAT.

EU businesses with a VAT ID

Delivered to a business in another EU country with a valid VAT ID: no VAT (reverse charge). GPUwerk checks the VAT ID in VIES before the machine ships. Without a valid VAT ID, 21% Czech VAT applies.

Outside the EU

Billed and delivered outside the EU: no Czech VAT. GPUwerk makes the export declaration; import VAT, duties and DHL's clearance fees are charged on arrival.

VAT on shipping and insurance follows the machine's. The checkout works out the VAT for your delivery address and VAT ID and shows it before you pay; the details are under How is VAT charged?

Returns.

From the hardware sales terms, on consumer withdrawal: “If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance purchase of goods without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.”

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the country: the table on this page lists the DHL Express price per machine (PPL inside Czechia), excluding VAT. Transit insurance of 1% of the machine's price, at least CZK 300, is added per machine. The checkout adds both for your delivery address before you pay.

Do I pay import VAT or customs duties?

Not inside the EU: there are no customs duties between EU countries. Outside the EU, your country's import VAT, duties and DHL's clearance fees are charged on arrival and are yours to pay.

Can I return the machine?
