GPUwerk hosting
Your GB10 in GPUwerk's rack.
Rented out on equal terms.
GPUwerk keeps a GB10 machine you own in its EU-Central datacenter in Czechia, runs it on its locked system and rents it to its customers alongside its own DGX Sparks. Owners receive 70% of what renters pay for their machine's time; housing is €29 per month excl. VAT. No rented hours or income are promised.
What hosting covers.
Rack space
A place for your machine in GPUwerk's datacenter in Czechia, kept identifiable as yours by its serial number.
Power and network
Power, cooling and the network connection, paid for by the housing fee whether or not the machine is rented.
Remote hands
GPUwerk installs, tests, monitors, updates and maintains the machine, installed and run like GPUwerk's own DGX Sparks.
The locked system
GPUwerk runs the same locked system on every GB10 it hosts. There is no local login or shell, and renters' workloads and identities are never shown to you.
Renters on equal terms
Renters are offered your machine on equal terms with GPUwerk's own DGX Sparks, under GPUwerk's ordinary customer terms.
Your share
70% of what renters are charged for time on your machine, worked out per billed usage record and rounded to the cent.

Buy with hosting
Buy a GB10 machine in the store; checkout is for shipping. After payment, until the batch reaches GPUwerk, choose "Host at GPUwerk" (€29 per month); your shipping is refunded and the VAT corrected, or choose "Self-host" (free), where GPUwerk preconfigures the machine and ships it plug-and-play, already connected to your GPUwerk Platform account. When the machines arrive, GPUwerk assigns one to your order by serial number; it is yours from then. GPUwerk racks it, rents it out and pays you 70% of what renters pay for it.
- Offered for every GB10 machine in the store, whichever maker, once it is on sale; GPUwerk's hosting terms cover any GB10 machine bought from GPUwerk whose catalog entry is marked eligible.
- Housing: €29 per month excluding VAT, billed monthly from installation. VAT on housing: 21% Czech VAT for consumers and Czech businesses; none for a business with a valid VAT ID in another EU country (reverse charge) or established outside the EU.
- The machine can be sent to you at any time.

Send in a machine you already own
GPUwerk will also rack and run a GB10 machine you already own. These are the terms GPUwerk has decided; the contract wording is still with GPUwerk's lawyer and tax adviser, so this is not an offer yet.
- Any machine with an NVIDIA GB10 chip, from businesses and private owners. You confirm that you own it; no invoice needed.
- Shipped from an EU country only. You ship it insured, at your cost and risk, after GPUwerk has confirmed your request and given you the address and a reference. It is at your risk until GPUwerk confirms it has arrived.
- On arrival GPUwerk photographs it, checks the serial, power, GB10 chip, NVMe drive and a burn-in, then wipes it and installs its fleet system. Back up your data first. No intake fee; if it fails the check, you choose a return at the shipping price or a repair after you approve a quote, both at your cost.
- Housing: €29 per month excluding VAT from installation, as for a bought machine. You earn 70% of what renters pay, on the same terms as GPUwerk's own Sparks, and can use it yourself at no charge while it is idle.
- No minimum term. Ask for it back at any time; you pay the shipping price (PPL within Czechia, DHL Express elsewhere) plus 1% transit insurance on its value. If you don't collect it within 30 days after the agreement ends, GPUwerk stores it at the housing fee.
- Value for liability and insurance: the model's reference price in GPUwerk's published value table, reduced by age over 36 months to a floor of 30%. GPUwerk carries that risk itself. Terms being finalised: the table, its wording for private owners and businesses, and the legal review.
- No visits to the datacenter; photos or video on request.
Requests open in GPUwerk's console soon. Please don't ship a machine before GPUwerk has confirmed your request. Tell GPUwerk what you have, and in the meantime you can rent it out from your own premises.
Your machine
The terms, for a machine bought with hosting.
Renters are offered your machine on equal terms with GPUwerk's own DGX Sparks. GPUwerk does not promise any rented hours or any income, and it sets and can change renter prices. In a month with little demand your share can be zero while the housing fee is still due. Time paid with promotional credit earns nothing. Hosted machines carry 21% Czech VAT, or no VAT (reverse charge) for an EU business outside Czechia with a valid VAT ID that declares, when it chooses hosting, that the machine is intended to be sent to it later. Your share is paid to a bank account in your name; GPUwerk sets up your payouts when your machine enters service.
From order to rented.
- 01
Order, then choose hosting
Pick a machine in the store and pay by card or bank transfer. After payment, until the batch reaches GPUwerk, choose Host at GPUwerk.
- 02
Assigned to you
When the batch reaches GPUwerk, one machine is assigned to your order by serial number. From then it is yours.
- 03
Racked and rented
GPUwerk installs it, checks it and puts it into service. GPUwerk Platform shows its state, rented hours and earnings.
- 04
Back when you ask
GPUwerk unlists it, wipes its drive, restores NVIDIA's stock system and sends it to you by PPL within Czechia or DHL Express elsewhere. You pay the shipping and transit insurance.
What hosting is not.
- Not an investment. You are buying a computer. GPUwerk promises no rented hours and no income, and like any computer the machine loses value over time.
- No service-level agreement. GPUwerk promises no availability, uptime or number of rented hours, and owners get no service credit.
- No local login. While GPUwerk hosts the machine you have no local login or shell on it, and renters' workloads and identities are never shown to you.
- Not rack space for your own workloads. A hosted machine is rented to GPUwerk's customers. You can start using it yourself at no charge only while it is idle, and it earns nothing while you do.
Questions.
What is GPUwerk hosting?
GPUwerk keeps a GB10 machine you own in its EU-Central datacenter in Czechia, with rack space, power, network and remote hands. It runs the machine on its locked system, rents it out on equal terms with its own DGX Sparks, and pays you 70% of what renters pay for time on it.
Which machines can GPUwerk host today?
Machines bought in the GPUwerk store for which the buyer chooses hosting after payment, until the batch reaches GPUwerk. The hosting add-on is offered for every GB10 machine in the store, whichever maker, once it is on sale. Terms for hosting a GB10 machine you already own are not final yet.
What does hosting cost?
€29 per month per machine excluding VAT, for rack space, power, network and remote hands. It is billed monthly from installation, whether or not the machine is rented. VAT on housing: 21% Czech VAT for consumers and Czech businesses; none for a business with a valid VAT ID in another EU country (reverse charge) or established outside the EU.
How much will my machine earn?
GPUwerk does not promise any rented hours or any income. How often the machine is rented depends on demand, and GPUwerk sets and can change renter prices. In a month with little demand your share can be zero while the housing fee is still due. Time paid with promotional credit earns nothing, and an outage is not billed to the renter, so it earns nothing either.
Is there a service-level agreement?
No. GPUwerk does not promise availability, uptime or a number of rented hours, and there is no service credit for owners. Time a hosted machine is unavailable during a rental is not charged to the renter and earns nothing.
Can I log in to my machine while GPUwerk hosts it?
No. While GPUwerk hosts it there is no local login or shell, the same as on every GPUwerk Spark, and renters' workloads and identities are never shown to you. While it is idle you can use it yourself through GPUwerk at no charge, and while you do, nobody else can rent it.
Can I have my machine sent to me?
Yes, at any time. GPUwerk unlists it, wipes its drive, restores NVIDIA's stock system and sends it with tracking, by PPL within Czechia and DHL Express elsewhere. You pay the shipping for your country from the shipping page, plus transit insurance.
How is VAT charged?
A machine bought to be hosted by GPUwerk carries 21% Czech VAT. An EU business outside Czechia with a valid VAT ID that declares, when it chooses hosting, that the machine is intended to be sent to it later pays no VAT on it (reverse charge): GPUwerk checks the VAT ID in VIES and invoices the machine at 0% when it assigns it by serial number. The hosted VAT is shown when you choose hosting. The housing fee is €29 a month excluding VAT. VAT on housing: 21% Czech VAT for consumers and Czech businesses; none for a business with a valid VAT ID in another EU country (reverse charge) or established outside the EU.
I already own a GB10 machine. Can I send it to GPUwerk?
Soon. GPUwerk has decided the terms: any GB10 machine shipped from an EU country, checked and wiped on arrival, €29 per month housing excluding VAT, 70% of what renters pay, no minimum term, and a return at the published shipping price. The contract wording is still being finalised, so requests are not open yet. Tell GPUwerk about your machine through the contact form, and please don't ship it before GPUwerk has confirmed your request. Today you can rent it out from your own premises through GPUwerk Platform.
How is hosting different from renting out my Spark at home?
With GPUwerk Platform the machine stays at your premises, on your power and internet line, and you install GPUwerk's system on it yourself from a USB stick. There is no housing fee, and while it's listed and idle you can rent it yourself at no charge. Renters are offered a Partner Spark when GPUwerk's own DGX Sparks are all in use. A hosted machine sits in GPUwerk's rack, for the housing fee, and is rented on equal terms with GPUwerk's own Sparks.
