Private LLM hosting for Moldovan companies.

Dedicated NVIDIA DGX Spark hardware in EU-Central, run by a Czech company, for Moldovan teams serving EU clients or wanting their inference workloads on EU infrastructure rather than a US API. A practical infrastructure decision, not a compliance claim.

Not legal advice, and not a GDPR compliance claim. Moldova is not an EU or EEA member state, and GDPR does not apply to a Moldovan company by default. This page describes GPUwerk's infrastructure and corporate structure for a Moldovan buyer who wants EU-based hosting, whether for a client's benefit or its own reasons. It is not a determination of your regulatory obligations; get that from your own counsel.

Why Moldovan teams look at EU-hosted infrastructure

Moldova signed an Association Agreement with the EU and, as of this writing, holds EU candidate status, granted in 2022. That trajectory shapes how some Moldovan businesses think about vendor selection even before any legal requirement kicks in: EU-based infrastructure, an EU-registered company, and a data processing agreement that a European client's procurement team will recognize. GPUwerk provides a dedicated single-tenant DGX Spark node in EU-Central for exactly that, without routing prompts through a US inference API.

Where does the data sit?

On a dedicated machine in EU-Central. Nothing routes through a US inference API by default.

Who operates it?

PRINT IT! SE, a Societas Europaea registered in Prague, Czech Republic. Company details at /legal/imprint.

Does GDPR apply to my company?

Not automatically. It can apply where you process personal data tied to people in the EU. This is a fact-specific legal question, not something this page can resolve for you.

What we can and can't claim

We won't tell a Moldovan company it gets GDPR-equivalent status by hosting with us; that isn't how the regulation works, and a claim like that would be inaccurate. What's true and verifiable: the hardware is in the EU, PRINT IT! SE is a Czech-registered entity supervised by the Czech data protection authority, there's no US company anywhere in the ownership or infrastructure chain, and a standard data processing agreement is published and available at no charge. If a specific client contract or internal policy needs something beyond that, tell us directly and we'll say plainly whether we can meet it.

Questions we get from Moldovan buyers

Does GDPR apply to a Moldovan company?

Not directly. Moldova is an EU candidate country, not an EU or EEA member, so GDPR does not automatically govern a Moldovan company's processing. Moldova has its own data protection law and supervisory authority (the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal). GDPR can still apply where you process personal data of people in the EU. Confirm your own situation with counsel.

Why would a Moldovan company use EU-hosted LLM infrastructure?

Typically to serve EU clients who expect EU data residency, or as a practical step ahead of Moldova's own EU accession process. It's an infrastructure decision, not a compliance certification.

Is a DPA available?

Yes, a standard Art. 28 GDPR-style data processing agreement is published at /legal/dpa. Whether it's the right instrument for your situation is a question for your own counsel.

Is this legal advice?

No. This page describes GPUwerk's infrastructure only and makes no claim about Moldova's regulatory status or your compliance obligations.
