Private LLM hosting/Industries and countries/Private AI hosting for franchise businesses

Your operating playbook is the business.
Keep it on a machine you control.

Private LLM hosting on a dedicated machine in EU-Central, for franchisors and multi-location operators who want AI assistance across the network without putting proprietary operating manuals into a shared cloud AI tool.

Not legal or franchise advice. This page describes GPUwerk's infrastructure and contractual commitments. Whether this setup satisfies obligations in your franchise agreement, or the data protection requirements that apply to your network, is a decision for your own counsel.

Why franchise operators ask about this

A franchise operating manual, pricing model, and supplier list took years to build, and it's the thing franchisees pay to license. Pasting it into a public AI tool to build a training assistant hands that content to infrastructure the franchisor doesn't control.

"Our operating manual is our competitive edge"

The hardware behind a GPUwerk instance is physically in EU-Central, operated by PRINT IT! SE, a Societas Europaea registered in Prague. Under the data processing agreement, there are no sub-processors for instance content, and GPUwerk does not access your workspace's content except at your request for support or where a legal obligation requires it.

"Every location has its own customer and staff data"

A single instance can serve shared operating content to every location while each franchisee's own customer or scheduling data stays in a separate workspace or a separately provisioned instance, depending on how the network is structured. That separation is a deployment decision your team makes, not something built into a shared public tool.

"Location managers already use consumer AI tools"

Staff drafting local marketing copy or answering customer questions in a public tool is a real exposure, not a hypothetical one, especially where the manual itself gets pasted in for context. A sanctioned alternative on your own instance, same chat interface, keeps that workflow off third-party infrastructure. See the private ChatGPT setup →

What this is, and what it isn't

QuestionAnswer
Is this a franchise management platform? No. GPUwerk hosts general-purpose LLM infrastructure. You install the software that turns it into a training assistant, document search tool, or support chatbot.
Can it scale to many locations?Yes, either as one shared instance or several, sized to your network's structure and usage.
Where is data physically processed?EU-Central, on a dedicated single-tenant machine assigned to you
Who can access instance content?Through the instance itself, only holders of your SSH keys; password login is disabled fleet-wide. GPUwerk keeps infrastructure administrator access, as on any hosted service, and does not use it on your content except at your request for support or where a legal obligation requires it.
Sub-processors for the workload?None, listed at /legal/sub-processors
DPA (GDPR Art. 28)?Published at /legal/dpa, no charge
Certifications held?None claimed on this page or elsewhere on the site. Verify directly with us before relying on this page if your procurement requires one.

Pricing

On-demand billing starts at $0.79/hour for a spark-1x instance and $1.79/hour for spark-2x. A held (reserved) allocation runs at 75% of the on-demand rate: $0.59/hour and $1.34/hour respectively. A single shared instance for a small network can typically run on spark-1x; larger networks or heavier concurrent usage may prefer spark-2x or multiple instances. Full details on the pricing page.

Questions we get from franchise operators

Can franchisees each get their own instance, or does it have to be centralized?

Either. A franchisor can run a single instance that serves the operating manual and standard procedures to all locations, or provision a separate instance per franchisee, or region, depending on how much each location needs to customize its own data. Both patterns run on the same billing model.

Does this protect our operating manual from being used to train someone else's model?

GPUwerk runs infrastructure, not models. Content processed on your dedicated machine is handled by software you install, behind SSH keys only you hold, and there are no sub-processors for instance content. We don't have access to train anything on it.

Where is the data physically processed?

EU-Central, on a dedicated single-tenant NVIDIA DGX Spark machine assigned to your account, operated by PRINT IT! SE, a Societas Europaea registered in Prague, Czech Republic.

Do you sign a DPA covering franchisee data?

Yes, a standard GDPR Article 28 DPA is published at /legal/dpa at no charge, and there are no sub-processors for instance workloads.
