No. We're happy to deliver, install, train your team, and leave. The managed service exists for teams that don't want to own operations, not as a lock-in.
Can we start in the cloud and move later?
That's the recommended path. Everything you build on a rented Spark, images, models, configs, moves to your own hardware as-is; it's the same machine.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the EU. Installation is done by us on-site; remote-guided installation is available where travel doesn't make sense.
